Transformation Programme Manager, Marketing

A sports entertainment business is looking to create better alignment across its marketing function. Currently several different CRM systems are used, and they would like to centralise their current source of data and CRM platform.

The change will incorporate an upgrade in current technology, team structures, and a cultural shift in the business' approach to marketing.

Responsibilities 

  • Stand up programme team and create a business case and roadmap for delivering the CRM transformation programme.
  • Assess the current CRM platforms used and work with third party suppliers on a RFP to determine the business' future CRM technology provider.
  • Work cross-functionally with tech and marketing teams to understand the future requirements for the business from its CRM system, with particular focus on shifting to higher personalisation.
  • Demonstrate strong execution and programme delivery of a complex technology transformation and integration, as well as change management and communication strategy.

Skills and Profile

  • Experience running and delivering marketing (ideally CRM) transformation
  • Very strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, with exposure to restrictions on customers and communications
  • Ability and willing to travel to different offices on a regular basis
