Growth Lead - MedTech

A leading MedTech company is seeking an experienced Growth Lead to spearhead their expansion into new international markets.

In this role, you will drive the creation and execution of business cases for new office locations, playing a pivotal part in the company’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing customer base and identify growth opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for geographical expansion and collaborate closely with the COO and executive team to establish a clear roadmap for new office launches.
  • Take full ownership of setting up new offices and overseeing successful market entry in each new region.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Country Manager with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong background in eCommerce, ideally within businesses that combine physical locations with online sales.
  • HealthTech experience is highly desirable, particularly within smaller, agile organizations. A growth mindset is essential for success in this role.

  • Start date: November 204
  • Duration: 6 months, with potential for permanent conversion
  • Location: Hybrid, with in-office presence preferred on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Day rate: £800
