Life at Freshminds
Founded in 2000, we’re experts in what we do. We're a diverse team (collectively speaking Danish, Swedish, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Montenegrin, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, French, Greek, Russian - and English!). Intellectually curious, ambitious and engaged in the world, we regularly invite members of our network to give lunchtime seminars and our CSR team organise charity fundraising activities throughout the year.

Holiday Allowance
23 days’ holiday + 1 extra day for each year of service (up to 28 days). You are also entitled to buy up to three additional holiday days per annum.

How we
work
We're a network business focused on building trust-based, long-term partnerships. Our business model is designed specifically to support this: there are parallel career paths for Consultants – who focus on client development and management, and Candidate Managers – who source, advise and coach our Analysts, Consultants and Executives.
We invest in cutting-edge recruitment technology and develop new products to enhance our offering. As leaders in the strategy space we regularly release thought-provoking research-based content and curate an annual programme of dinners, breakfasts, networking and informal drinks evenings and high-profile speaker events.
