A public sector-facing business management consultancy is looking for a consultant with strong transformation and operating model experience to support with two large scale business transformation programs within local councils.

You will be helping provide advice and insight to the Transformation and Executive leadership team on the Transformation, Technology, Business Improvement & Change streams. This will be required to successfully deliver Change & Transformation within a housing association and to enable a full Target Operating Model integration. You will manage a teams of project managers and oversee the PMO function.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience consulting from a Management Consultancy
• Experience with transformation consulting
• Strong experience in the organisational side of transformation projects, in a client-centric and strategically aligned environment
• Experience managing a team, and a PMO function
• Ideally experience working within housing, or or local government
• Excellent communications skills, ability to move client relationships forward

Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months with the possibility for extension
• Day rates: £300 PAYE per day
• Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days in Central London office
