Freshminds have been retained by a European leading, VC-backed applied AI consultancy to find them a Business Unit Director.

You will be leading the Consumer Services vertical of the business and running a small team. You will be responsible for both ensuring project delivery success and setting up new commercial engagements for the team. You will also have P&L responsibility.

What we're looking for:

• C. 8+ years' experience in a top tier management consultancy with a leaning towards AI/Data projects
• Proven commercial ability, either by upselling on existing projects or creatively developing new business
• Strong stakeholder communication, ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders
