A public sector-facing business management consultancy is looking for a consultant with strong transformation and operating model experience to support with two large scale business transformation programs within local councils.

You will be working alongside the existing transformation teams and supporting with outlining business cases on a series of functions within the councils and (re-)designing operating models in the council zones. You must have demonstrable experience working within local councils, or local government.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience consulting from a Management Consultancy
• Experience with operating model design
• Ideally experience working with a local UK council or local government
• Excellent communications skills, ability to manage difficult conversations around sensitivities

Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months with the possibility for extension
• Day rates: £300PAYE per day
• Location: Hybrid, remote with compensated travel to Middlesbrough
