CVC Secondary Partners (formerly known as Glendower Capital) is a private equity firm focused on secondary investing in private equity funds and companies, and currently managing c.$13 billion AUM. It is led by its founding partners, who have worked together for over 20 years. It has a seasoned international 102-strong team, including 44 investment professionals. What we're looking for:

Top-tier academic background - we are open to students from any degree background, so long as they can demonstrate the necessary skill set and interest in joining our firm.

You'll likely be in your final year at university (undergraduate or Masters) and have at least one finance internship, perhaps at an investment bank, asset manager, private equity fund or similar.

Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a flat, meritocratic working environment.

Keen interest in financial markets and in particular, secondaries within the private equity space.

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other European languages is beneficial (but not essential) given the successful candidate will be working on transactions across Europe.
