A boutique management consultancy which works on organisational change programmes in the public sector is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support on the redevelopment of a local council's physical space and upgrade their facilities. 

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards the development of a business case for the proposed upgrades. 
• Liaise with various parties involved, including technical experts, to translate client interests into feasible plans.
• Manage team members within the business, controlling timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc.

Requirements

• Strong business case writing, data analysis, ability to take direction and hit the ground running.
• Strong project and programme management skills with experience in public sector projects
• Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within economic analysis, the built environment, regeneration, property development, public policy, housing and/or education markets, would be advantageous

• Duration: 18 weeks
• Daily rate: Up to £300 PAYE
• Hybrid: May be some travel to client site
