A boutique management consultancy assists senior leaders with complex urban regeneration projects and organisational change programmes is seeking an experienced Supported Housing PMO Consultant to support across multiple projects. Many of their projects are about planning, regeneration, communications, implementing and managing change & transformation and improving the lives of communities.

 

They have been appointed the Transformation partner for a local council in Cornwall and are seeking an experienced PMO consulting to join the Supported Housing workstream. You will support your team in managing multiple workstreams as part of their regeneration projects, liaise with various team members within the business, managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc. and work closely with and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders ranging in seniority.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong project and programme management skills with an interest/experience in supporting council-led housing delivery
  • Support your team in managing multiple workstreams as part of their regeneration projects
  • Liaise with various team members within the business, managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc.
  • Strong public sector experience, ideally within local authorities
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within economic analysis, the built environment, regeneration, property development, public policy, housing and/or education markets, would be advantageous
  • Strong business case writing, data analysis, ability to take direction and hit the ground running.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Daily rate: Up to £250 PAYE
  • Hybrid: Hybrid with site visits to Cornwall
