Role:

As the Enablement Director, you will be the owner of our sales enablement programme, crafting comprehensive programmes and resources that empower our Business Development (BD) team to excel. Your leadership will be the catalyst for creating a seamless synergy between Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of all sales enablement initiatives, ensuring BD is equipped with the skills, knowledge, tools and support to effectively engage with clients and learners.
  • Manage BD training programmes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Ensure access to relevant knowledge and information to inform sales activity. Including overall responsibility for Seismic our sales enablement platform
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of the right tech and tools, optimising our sales processes and interactions.
  • Own the BD onboarding programme, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive introduction to teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the BD Leadership Team to align sales enablement strategy with commercial objectives.

Details:

Day rate: Up to £110,000 Fixed Term Contract

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 9 months - 1 year
