Support Analyst - JIRA

A delivery app is looking for a junior Analyst to manage Jira tickets, working closely with senior Project and PMO Leads to ensure all processes run efficiently, and issues are triaged and addressed in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities

  • Review ticket backlog on JIRA, ensuring nothing remains stationary, and issues are being addressed in order of priority 
  • Liaising with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure tickets can be actioned and projects run on time
  • Assess current processes and suggest adjustments and improvements to ensure the team is running effectively 

Requirements

  • Past experience of working with and managing JIRA tickets
  • Prior use of Saleforce, with ability to understand content of technical tickets being logged in relation to the platform

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration:  6 months
  • Day Rate £130 - £140 PAYE
  • Location: Hybrid, 50% in central London office
