Our client provides a shared network infrastructure and private 5G services for enterprises, carriers, and public sector organisations. They’re seeking a consultant to be a PMO lead for a post-merger integration plan after a recent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Build and consolidate a comprehensive integration plan and manage the process across the divisions in the business
• Utilise existing integration models to identify and prioritise key objectives across operational, financial, technological and cultural perspectives.
• Collaborate with leadership and define success metrics and timelines
• Be the central PoC for integration activities and establish cross-functional relationships within the businesses
• Ensure clear communications, governance, goals setting and progress tracking to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a consultant in a strategy or management consultancy
• Experienced in M&A deals and post-merger integration planning
• Proven track-record leading integration programs (ideally in telecoms and network infrastructure)
• Ideally (but not essential) native or fluent in German
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling
