A UK-based private healthcare provider experiencing lack of consistency across it's treatment centres is looking for an experienced Consultant to lead a process optimisation programme.

You will be responsible for reviewing current processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes across the board.

Key responsibilities include:

• Map and improve processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across treatment areas
• Collaborate with the COO and senior manager, working alongside them to implement changes.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including patients and doctors, to ensure smooth communication and process adoption.

You will have:

• 5+ years experience in management consulting, ideally in healthcare or hospitality
• Strong experience in process mapping and implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interacting with patients, doctors, and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously
