A global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products is seeking a program manager to join their Customer Experience team to coordinate and manage their Customer Data Platform (CPD) implementation project.

You will be responsible for implementing a new CDP to seamlessly integrate and leverage customer data. You will be responsible for working with the IT team and the third party vendor to lead and drive an integrated program plan across all related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional resources/activities across technology, operations, business and other groups involved.
  • Oversee planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of all program delivery activities adhering to defined timelines and milestones
  • Facilitate change management and drive adoption across stakeholder groups, addressing resistance and ensuring all impacted parties are aligned.
  • Work closely with business/campaign owners on migration plans from current systems to new CDP platform. Maximize platform utilization in campaign migration.
  • Establish framework for program knowledge management - build repositories, drive version control, enable effective coordination and sharing across teams.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, escalations and develop contingency plans proactively to prevent/minimize project delays.
  • Provide and create comms for regular program updates and status reporting to executive sponsors and governance bodies.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience leading large, complex technology/digital transformation programs in matrix environments.
  • Experience in CDP implementation.
  • Proven expertise in program/project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
  • Excellent planning, organizational and risk management capabilities
  • Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore delivery models
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred

Details:

  • Start date: September 2024
  • Salary: £80-90k dependent on experience.
  • Location: hybrid, 3 days a week in London office.
  • Duration: 12 month FTC with potential to extend.
