A global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products is seeking a customer data manager to  join their EMEA Data Strategy team.

You will be responsible for helping lead CDP migration and support data and technology requirements necessary for their marketing data strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the definition of business design and data requirements, including requirements to support marketing activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on various data governance and best-practice principles to inform delivery priorities and scheduling.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) of CDP, ensuring they meet business requirements and expectations.
  • Champion the rollout of data solutions within EMEA region and act as an ambassador for adoption and utilization.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for EMEA team regarding all matters related to the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Act as the data governance owner for the EMEA CIX function, ensuring compliance with data policies and regulations.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability of data and marketing insights.
  • Work with wide array of internal and external stakeholders to communicate requirements clearly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data management, marketing analytics or related field, with a strong understanding of marketing data governance principles and practices.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRMs, and other marketing technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Technical experience in SQL, Python, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices, with experience in ensuring compliance with data regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).

 Details

  • Duration: 12-month FTC
  • Salary: £70,000 – 75,000 depending on experience
  • Location: Hybrid with need to be in office 2/3 days a week in New Bond St.
