We're working with an impressive boutique People & Change consultancy, who are looking for an ambitious new addition to their Client Solutions team. You'll be working with large scale clients, at C-suite level, to help them with their people focused programmes.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver on experiential programmes for transformation within teams, predominantly in the pharmaceuticals space.
• Uncovering client context and needs, designing tailored solutions to improve business performance, through changing behaviours and corporate values.
• Building long-term relationships with clients while developing the pipeline.

 Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience within people & change consulting
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and communicate with C-suite executives
• An interest in the pharmaceuticals industry
