Psychological safety for virtual teams

In the second episode of our strategy webinar series, 'Managing Uncertainty', during the Covid-19 global crisis, we were joined by Mannaz Consulting to discuss how companies can increase psychological safety for teams that have had to rapidly transition to a remote setting.
