Senior Operations Manager - Tech Company

A commonly used, global app is building out their Safety and Compliance team, and they are looking for a consultant specialising in creating process improvement within technology and compliance to join them. 

The team build and deliver critical process improvements, ensuring compliance with ever-evolving regulations, while simultaneously focusing on keeping a positive customer experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming requests based on regulatory updates, and deliver time-critical changes to the product
  • Constantly evaluate current processes, and look to run continuous improvements to increase efficiencies
  • Run data-led tracking of processes, and report on results and impact of changes

Requirements

  • Experience within operational and continuous improvement, ideally with management over projects and able to lead others
  • Experience from a highly-regulated industry is highly desirable
  • Strong data-analysis is required, including knowledge of SQL

  • Start date: Early April
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Day rate: £300 - £400 (PAYE only)
  • Location: Hybrid (50% in London office)
