A leading energy company is seeking an experienced Consultant to oversee the rollout of a new software for pricing and financial statements. With operations spanning thousands of locations, this is a pivotal role ensuring adoption and success across the region.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, coordinating the implementation of this new system across over 20 countries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with local finance managers to gather requirements and feedback
• Driving system adoption, assess effectiveness, and ensure quality implementation
• Working closely with technology engineers to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions

You will have:

• 5+ years' experience in management consulting
• Strong change management experience for global organisations
• Proven ability to work independently with excellent project and change management skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements and P&Ls
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Start date: January 2025
• Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
• Day rate: £600-£750LTD dependent on experience
• Location: 4 days per week in London office, and quarterly international travel
