An independent digital exchange for corporate and speciality insurance are looking for an Operational Associate to support in their work creating an insurance exchange market.

They have just launched in property insurance market and are experiencing excess demand. They currently have a team of engineers and scientists currently developing a high-tech new system but require operational resource to operate the current system for them right now.

They are looking for two operational associates with a background in insurance to support the current operation of this system which will involve them ensuring high quality customer success. You will conduct high quality conversations with insurance brokers to run their policies through the internal exchange platform, that will compare their insurance policies.

Requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, inquisitive and organised individual with a excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of working in a regulated environment.
• 6 months - 2+ years experience in insurance industry.

Details

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months on contract, with the intention to become a permanent role thereafter.
• Day rate: £130-200 dependent on experience.
• Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in central London office.
