Consultant, Private Equity

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced consultant to drive the successful implementation of a cost realisation program following a recent cost-saving assessment. 

You will work closely with senior leadership to execute a structured cost realisation plan. Your role will be critical in ensuring the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, with an emphasis on automation, operating model transformation, and governance implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of cost-saving initiatives related to operating model and headcount optimisation
  • Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, ensuring progress tracking and timely delivery of milestones
  • Implement robust governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk management processes
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication

You will have:

  • Proven experience working with private equity backed businesses 
  • Experience in operating model transformation with a top-tier consulting firm
  • Proven expertise in change management and communications
  • Ability to drive outcomes quickly, without unnecessary process complexity

Contract Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 4-6 months
  • Day Rate: £800- £900 (LTD) dependent on experience 
  • Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the London office)
