How can I join the network?
You can apply to join the network by submitting your CV. That way, we’ll be able to review your profile and assess if we will be able to help with your search. A member of the team would then get in touch regarding suitable opportunities and to discuss your requirements and motivations further. You can also apply to any opportunity listed on our website directly.
How often will you contact me for opportunities?
We will contact you when we have jobs or projects that match your preferences, skill-set and experience; how often we contact you is dependent on how many relevant opportunities we have for you and based on your specifications.
When sharing opportunities, someone from the relevant team will get in touch with roles and this will be your point of contact regarding any questions/updates on the specific opportunity.
Will you send my profile to clients without my knowledge?
No, we do not send your profile without your consent. We'll always contact you regarding any roles we think you may be interested in and send all the relevant information before recommending you to the client. We'll discuss and assess your motivations and interest to ensure that this is the right opportunity. This gives you the time to decide if you would like us to recommend you or not.
What is the interview process for your roles?
We will meet you face-to-face before putting you forward for a role. We want to get to know you personally to better understand your experience and what culture/ working environment you thrive best in. This also speeds up the selection process for opportunities and roles meaning that we can confidently put you forward for a company.
Once you have been put forward for a role, the interview processes varies dependent on the role, industry and job type.
Permanent: Typically, this is a three stage process – a general screening call/meeting, a test/task component and meeting/panel interview with the rest of the company's team.
Project: Often there will be a phone call and potentially a second round interview in person with the client.
We will talk you through the interview process when sharing the opportunity and help you throughout with any guidance or preparation that you need.
Do you have a referral scheme?
Yes. If you recommend a candidate and they get placed in a role, we’ll offer compensation. You can find more information about our referral scheme here.
