Suzy is an ex-founder of a VC-backed start-up and ex-management consultant. She has spent her early career delivering multi-million pound tech transformation programmes for the UK Government.
After witnessing the skills shortage and need for talent on demand, in late 2023 Suzy founded ditto, the secondments marketplace, with her two co-founders.
As Head of Growth, Suzy will be contributing to the flow of Freshminds' new clients, as well as disseminating Freshminds' thought-leadership through partnerships and events.
