Lauryn joined Freshminds in November 2024 as an Associate Consultant in the On Demand team.
With experience from an early careers recruitment agency, at Freshminds, Lauryn is part of our On Demand team. She connects clients across corporate, consulting, private equity and investment sectors with specialist talent in areas including data and research, PMO, commercial and operational strategy, and M&A.
Lauryn studied English and Philosophy at the University of St Andrews, balancing her academic work with roles in recruitment, sales, project management, and theatre. She grew up with many cultures; originating from Nigeria, Jamaica, India, and Switzerland.
Lauryn enjoys music, theatre, fashion, travelling, and can often be found in the gym!
