Jacob joined Freshminds in November 2024 as a Consultant in the Search team.
He joins from an agency background with experience recruiting for Investment banks, Private Equity firms and Corporate clients. As part of the Search team, he is looking forward to continuing his passion for connecting exceptional talent with clients in the financial services space.
He graduated with a degree in economics before completing a PGCE at the University of Exeter. During this time, he taught mathematics at both comprehensive and grammar schools across southwest England. Jacob chose to pursue a career in search as it allows him to combine his keen interest in finance with his strong interpersonal skills. He enjoys connecting with some of the brightest minds in the space.
