Izzy joined Freshminds in 2023 as an Associate Consultant in the Permanent Hires division and was promoted to Consultant in June 2024.
Within her role, Izzy works with consultancies, financial services firms and SMEs to find the perfect fit for their vacancies. Izzy is also a part of our team of consultants that run the annual graduate internship programmes for our partnered investment banks.
Izzy grew up in South Africa, where she studied Economics and Politics at the University of Cape Town. Outside of her time at Freshminds she loves running, reading, music, and exploring London.

Izzy was such a big Justin Bieber fan as a child that she had a life-sized cardboard cutout of him in her childhood bedroom for over a year.
