Having joined Freshminds in 2017, Edith has successfully placed excellent candidates into pivotal remits spanning Chief of Staff to Heads of Strategy/Operations and Investment houses.
Prior to Freshminds, she worked as a Researcher in Executive Search and also freelanced as a Sports Journalist for a number of years. She has interviewed athletes at the Commonwealth Games in 2014 and held roles in biography research, learning about athletes from around the globe and online editing for the European Handball Federation.
She has a MA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Glasgow and has recently completed a course with the London School of Economics, Inclusive Leadership through Behavioural Science.

Edith grew up on the Isle of Mull in a small town called Tobermory. This is the town home to the Children’s TV show ‘Balamory’, and where dodging sheep was one of the obstacles in her driving test.
