Caroline set up Freshminds in 2000 as a graduate entrepreneur with classmate Charlie Osmond, after graduating in Engineering from Oxford. Caroline now works with Freshminds as a non-executive director, and is also non-executive of our ex-sister company, the insight and innovation consultancy, Decidely. She is now currently the Founder and CEO of her latest venture, Fluidly.
Caroline is a member of the Regional Growth Fund Advisory Panel and a UKTI Business Ambassador for Professional Services and Creative Industries. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, skills and talent management and business strategy, and is a frequent speaker on innovation and research. As a mother of 3 young children her hobbies outside of this now mainly revolve around duplo, trains and parks!
